As LED screen industry rapidly developing in recent years, small pixel pitch LED screen is blossoming. But always some problems that lead LED display screen can’t show perfect display effect.

Dimness or Blur Problem of LED  Screen.

LED display dimness is unavoidable for difference of driving IC and LED Chips. Though same batch led chips will have a 10% percent brightness difference.

Bright & Dark lines Problem of LED Display

Brightness and dark lines exists between cabinets and modules for current sheet metal machining accuracy can’t meet assembling precision of small pixel pitch led display.

Mosaic Problem of LED Display 

Mosaic phenomenon is the obvious bright and dark block caused by difference of installation process or mixture use of different batches produced led display screen or some cabinets long time no use, especially on rental event.

Correction of LED  screen could maximum reduction of real display effect. For wide color gamut range led display screen, color distortion happens when playing. Well after correction, the problem could be max improved.
